Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for stays managed by Clear Sky Group LLC. The specific cancellation window and any non-refundable amounts for your reservation are disclosed at the time of booking and, where applicable, are governed by the listing platform through which you booked.

Cancellations by the guest

Cancellations by Clear Sky Group

If we must cancel a confirmed stay (for example, due to a property issue), you will receive a full refund of amounts paid for that stay, or we will work with you to arrange comparable alternative dates or accommodations where possible.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. Timing for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
